Industry Standards Just Aren't
Good Enough… So We Hold Ourselves
To A Higher Standard.

Contractor Standards

Why is it that home improvement, construction and remolding are the top complained about industries at the Better Business Bureau. Why do so many less than reputable contractors and home improvement companies make it into this industry?

These questions were driving me nuts. Do I started investing to find the answers. The conclusion I came to: industry standards just aren't good enough. It's far too easy to hide shoddy work, to accept marginal work and call it good enough, and to cut corners to pad profits.

Think about it for a minute. Over 80% of home construction happens "behind the walls" where you can't see it. Once the wall goes up or the coat of paint goes on… how in the world are you going to know what construction methods were used? You usually find out that hard way… long after the contractor is gone with his money.

That's why we hold ourselves to a higher standard and actually put those standards in writing.

We call it our Contractor Standards Guide, and you can use this guide (and the easy reference checklist) to judge any contractor…including us.

At the end of the day, if you choose to go with a different company we are totally o.k. with that. We know that we may not the right company for everyone. But we insist on is making sure you get the absolute best value for your money.

Please make sure to use our checklist and standards guide to review and judge ANY company that you are thinking about.
